VAC-iNTS study
A Phase I epidemiological and economic study evaluating the safety and immune response of a GMMA-based vaccine against invasive non-typhoidal Salmonella (iNTS) in healthy adults across Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The study employs advanced immunological and systems biology approaches to analyze antibody responses and guide vaccine development. Its goal is to establish a foundation for future large-scale trials and expedite vaccine access in regions heavily impacted by iNTS and rising antibiotic resistance.
