Professor Anthony Kwame Enimil is a Consultant Paediatrician at the Centre, where he works closely with the Clinical Team to guide decision-making for children recruited into research studies. He supervises Medical Officers and provides training on the appropriate steps for managing children with special needs after recruitment, ensuring that each child receives the highest standard of care.
He also serves as a Consultant Paediatric Infectious Disease Specialist at the Directorate of Child Health, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, and is an Associate Professor of Paediatrics in the Department of Child Health, School of Medical Sciences, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana.
Professor Enimil is the Secretary of the Paediatric Faculty Postgraduate Training Programme at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons and is a Fellow of the Paediatric Faculties of both the West African College of Physicians and the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.
His research focuses on childhood diseases, particularly infectious diseases, and he has contributed significantly to the field through his publications and mentorship.
