Mrs. Patricia Amoah Yirenkyi is the Project Manager at the KNUST-IVI Collaborative Centre, where she oversees the successful delivery of research projects from initiation to completion. She is responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and work hours to ensure that all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Her role involves developing detailed project plans to track progress, visiting project sites regularly to monitor implementation, and applying appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, timelines, and costs.
In addition to her role at the Centre, Mrs. Yirenkyi serves as a Grants and Research Manager at the Office of Grants and Research, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where she contributes to strengthening research management systems, supporting funding acquisition, and ensuring compliance with institutional and donor requirements. Her extensive experience in project coordination, grant administration, and stakeholder engagement enables her to provide strategic oversight and operational guidance, ensuring that research projects meet their objectives efficiently and effectively.
